This personalised course is perfect if you don’t want to redesign your website, BUT, you want it to generate more leads and sales. 

The in-depth critique will take a deep dive into the 6 key areas that make a website a success. These include: user experience, clarity, navigation, appearance, readability and SEO. 

In our in-depth critique we’ll send you one 30 minute video covering each of these key areas. We’ll give you actionable advice that you can use straight away to gain more leads and sales from your website.

We will focus on 6 key areas, giving you a 30 minute video for each area. Each video will include easy-to-follow, actionable advice that will help you improve website traffic and conversions.

User Experience

Month Two: User Experience

It’s amazing how many obstacles on your website can prevent your reader buying from you. These are  things we struggle to see ourselves, and you really need outside perspective. 

We’ll tell you how to create a smooth user-experience on your website, evaluating your messages, site structure, calls to action and responsiveness.

Month Three: Website Copy

Design and user experience are important, but what gets people to connect with you are the words on the page.

We’ll tell you exactly how to improve your copy, looking at your brand personality, your home page, about page and services pages text, consistency, story and testimonials.

Month Four: SEO

The biggie. How do you get more traffic (and therefore more customers) to your website? How can you get to that number one spot on Google?

We’ll tell you how to improve your on-page SEO, offsite SEO, the keywords you should be ranking for and how to do it and we’ll detail any technical faults that are harming your SEO efforts.

Month Five: Content

If you want your website to be a success, you cannot ignore content marketing. Content marketing, if done right, should deliver you your ideal clients who are well-informed and eager to work with you.

We’ll advise you how to build an effective content strategy that will help you get found on Google, increase your leads and bring in better qualified clients.

Month Six: Lead Generation

Having a website that looks good, delivers great user-experience and has loads of helpful content is great, but often, there are many other things you can be doing to increase your leads.

We’ll evaluate your website for lead capture forms and optins, funnels and email sequences giving you advice on where to make improvements.


As part of the coaching programme, you will be held accountable, given feedback and will have your questions answered. Here's what else you'll receive....


1-2-1 Time With Us

After you’ve received your month’s videos and relevant worksheets, you will have a 45-minute video call with us where you can ask us your questions or gain our feedback on any changes you’ve implemented. This is every month for 6 months.


Checklists To Measure Success

Each month, we’ll provide you with a personalised checklist that details our action points for you. This is for you to use to hold yourself accountable, and so you have a clear plan to follow.



Initial Deepdive

We’ll have an initial discussion with you before we get cracking with the coaching. We need to understand who your ideal clients are, the problems your currently having, your competition and where you want your business to be in the future.

No. This is an intense 6-month coaching course, designed to turn your website into a profitable business.

When was the last time Amazon redesigned their website? Or Facebook? Or Google? The answer is, they don’t. They constantly make tweaks and changes to their websites, improving them bit by bit.

There is a time and a place for redesign. But a redesign is not a magic bullet, you still have to grow and develop your website – and that’s what this course helps you do.

The total cost of this coaching programme is almost 6k. You have to make that back. You also have to factor in the time it’s going to take you (or your staff) to go through our programme and implement changes.

Only you will know exactly if this is worth it. We work with people who need just one or a few extra sales from their website to make this viable (and obviously, you get a lot more than that!)

The things we teach will change your business and website long-term. We won’t implement the work ourselves, the idea is you get a clear strategy to continually develop your website so it constantly brings in the sales and leads you need.

However, we can recommend some amazing people to help you implement some of the changes if you need it.

Once you’ve booked, we’ll arrange a call with you to go through a deep-dive of your business. 

We’ll then conduct our own research and begin to send you your coaching videos. 

Each month, you’ll have a call with us to discuss the topics covered in the videos, ask us any questions or gain feedback. 

It costs £997+VAT, to be paid on the same date each month. This is a minimum of a 6 month commitment. 

No, if you really want to focus on one area first then we’re happy to mix things up. Just let us know in advance. 

As part of this programme, we won’t meet you face-to-face, however we do offer in-house coaching for you and your team if you need it.
