Non-Jargony Terms & Conditions 

1. The competition opens on Wednesday 30 October and closes Wednesday 20 November at 23.59.

    

2. The website is suitable for service-based businesses. Unfortunately, it’s not suited for eCommerce (shopping) websites

    

3. You can’t get cash instead of a website, you cheeky bugger 😉
4. After one year from the date your site goes live, you will have to pay for your own 
   website hosting and an Elementor Pro License. We’ll send you an invoice for this, but it won’t break the bank!

    

5. The winner will be selected randomly.
6. As the winner, you don’t mind your name being mentioned in marketingy stuff.
7. The winner is responsible for providing us with website copy and images (but we will provide up to 10 non-crappy stock photos if that helps.) We’ll also create you super cool icons.
8. If you don’t have a logo, we’ll create you a basic wordmark (that’s your logo, in words).
9. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice, blah, blah, blah.

    

10. You can only enter once. Don’t get robot spammers to enter you a zillion times. That’s just not nice and karma will come and get you.
11. When you enter the competition, you sign up to receive our emails. Our emails are helpful and nice and not at all spammy. But you can always cancel at any time if we annoy you.
12. We won’t design naughty websites, gambling websites or anything that’s ya know…not legal.

     

13. We will install you any plugins you need up to the value of £100, after which you will have to pay for any extra plugins, you little plugin fiend.

     

14. If you have an online shop (ecommerce website) will will only add a maximum of 25 products to your site.
    

     

15. If you don’t already have a domain name, we’ll purchase one for you up to the value of £20. No, we won’t purchase www.hello.com for £5,000,000.
