Oxford School of Upholstery deliver specialist upholstery workshops and courses from beginners level to professional qualifications.
We’d already worked with Stuart and Rachel, owners of Oxford School of Upholstery, with their SEO strategy, so we were pleased when they asked us to design them a website for their new venture.
One of their biggest concerns was how the booking system would work going forward, as previously people had to book over the phone.
We integrated an easy-to-use booking facility, which can be accessed from the homepage, so people can find an appropriate course via a calendar. They can also pay for the course online. This meant that Stuart and Rachel could focus more on their business and less on the admin surrounding telephone bookings. It also made it far easier for the customer too!
On the booking page, we decided it was important to make it clear how the booking worked. So we did this visually in order to help the end-user with their decision.
As Rachel and Stuart moved location, we decided to rebrand their business, making their website cleaner and more user-friendly.
