The Burbage Holiday Group own eighteen luxurious apartments on the Fylde Coast near Blackpool. Mick and Sheila, the owners, excel at customer service and provide their guests with a luxury travel experience—and they have the trip advisor reviews to prove it.
After hey hired us to re-design their website and manage their SEO, they decided to hire us to manage their Facebook page and run a competition.

Events and activities relevant to the business
The Facebook page became a hub for those wanting to know what was going on in the town. We posted daily about activities and events in the area that would appeal to their target market of families and couples wanting a luxurious get-away in the seaside town.
Videos are great for engagement. So we created a suite of videos that really showed off their range of luxury apartments. We also used these videos in Facebook advertising.
Competition using Facebook and their website
We ran a Facebook competition, which offered a weekend stay in one of their luxury apartments. The competition received over one thousand entries, enabling us to collect emails and increase their fan-base.
Grew their email list
We grew their email list from 105 subscribers to 1370 in 2 months (most of whom had never heard of the business before)
New Image Design
We re-designed their main Facebook image, including a call-to-action and keeping within the brand image.
We replied to all Facebook messages, comments and posts from the Burbage’s audience, ensuring we kept their brand and tone-of-voice at all times. We also actively engaged with the Facebook fans, replying immediately to their responses to our posts.
But more importantly, The Burbage Holiday Group have seen a direct impact on their sales following our social media campaign, with people often using Facebook as the first point of call for enquiry.
